Sales & Service Representative - Heavy Vehicles

Job description

Our client is a global high-tech engineering group that manufactures heavy vehicles used in industries such as mining & quarries, manufacturing and infrastructure construction. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a new headcount in Malaysia to scale their growth in the Indochina region.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales performance, strengthening customer relationships, and contribute to sustainable business growth.
  • Manage sales and drive sustainable growth in parts and service revenue within Indochina.
  • Maintain and grow business relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and developing new customers opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heavy vehicle components, service procedures, and equipment specifications.
  • Anticipate, understand and address customer needs aligning with appropriate products and solutions to maximize customer value and sales profitability.
  • Assess customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, respond to more complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery terms
  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plan.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in parts, service, or technical sales-preferably in heavy vehicles, commercial trucks, buses, or construction machinery.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or aftersales roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer‑oriented with the ability to understand operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
