Sales Admin Manager

Job description

Our client is one of the region's major producer of non-ferrous metals, with cutting edge production facilities they serve industries from infrastructure, transportation, electronics, consumer goods and construction. Due to expansion, they are looking for an experienced candidate to lead their Sales Support team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales administration and operations function.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales order flow, from order receipt through to fulfilment and delivery.
  • Work closely with the plant to align on order status, production readiness, delivery priorities, and operational matters affecting fulfilment.
  • Maintain and improve sales SOPs, documentation flow, and compliance standards.
  • Support the implementation and administration of commercial terms in accordance with approved business arrangements and customer requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and administration of sales contracts and related commercial documentation.
  • Ensure all order-related, commercial, shipping, and customer records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or commercial support, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of order management, quotations, and documentation processes.
  • Knowledge of export documentation and regulations.
  • Familiar with CRM, ERP, or order processing software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to multitask.
