Safety Officer (Green Book holder)

This globally recognized equipment fabricator is looking for a Safety Officer to join their organization in Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety protocols for the metal fabrication facility.
2. Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
3. Ensure all safety procedures are documented.
4. Provide safety training to employees and ensure they are aware of safety protocols.
5. Investigate accidents, identify their causes, and propose preventive measures.
6. Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations in Malaysia.

Qualifications:

1. Must possess a valid Green Book issued by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Malaysia.
2. Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the metal fabrication industry.
3. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in Malaysia.
4. Excellent communication and training skills.
5. Ability to identify potential hazards and propose preventive measures.
