RTR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all financial accounting activities are accurate, compliant with internal policies, aligned with local regulations, and completed within required timelines.
  • Participate in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation, verifying information, and supporting audit queries.
  • Provide technical expertise in the Record‑to‑Report (RTR) process, including handling escalations and resolving complex accounting issues.
  • Review financial reports such as reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analyses.
  • Prepare schedules and compile supporting documents needed for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, audit teams, and other external parties.
  • Provide required information for annual tax calculations and estimated tax submissions.
  • Manage fixed asset activities, including creation, updates, and adjustments to settlement rules.
  • Support asset tagging activities and ensure alignment with fixed asset policies and capitalisation procedures.
  • Execute month‑end closing activities for the fixed asset module.
  • Contribute to projects involving master data creation, process updates, and capitalisation timelines.
  • Perform responsibilities related to tax administration and fixed asset accounting as defined within the organisation's finance operating model.
