RTR Assistant Manager

Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for RTR Team Lead/RTR Assistant Manager to join their expansion business.


Job Responsibilities

  • Overlook the overall monthly end to end R2R processes and ensure timely closing and reporting processes.
  • Undertsand and monitor on statutory financial statements accurately, on time, and in line with local legislation
  • Ensure timely delivery of General accounting and reporting, being in charged of fixed assets, direct & indicted tax services, account reconciliations, stat accounting.
  • Assist with both internal and external audits, conduct regular assessments of key areas of risk and report to Head of R2R as and when necessary
  • Manage the development and performance of the transaction team to achieve efficient processing and effective team working.
  • Drive development & changes in systems and process improvement initiatives as outlined in the performance scorecard. This includes reviewing updated process documentation.
  • Take the lead in issue resolution on BAU operational matters.



Reuquirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience RTR operation will be sufficient.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is required to support China, Taiwan / HK market would be preferable
  • Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
  • SAP Knowledge will be great
  • Able to work well with the team in a fast paced MNC environment
  • Prior experience in SSC / GBS / COE or International MNC environment will be advantageous
  • Commercial candidate without regional experience but with SAP knowledge is welcome to apply
