About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented finance professional to join a global business services team. This role focuses on supporting core Record-to-Report (RTR) operations, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance within a complex, SAP-driven environment.

You'll be part of a dynamic team that supports business performance through accurate master data maintenance, system access control, and period-end financial activities. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain financial master data in SAP (e.g. chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, internal orders).

• Ensure system access and role assignments comply with internal control and segregation of duties policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system or data-related issues across SAP modules.

• Support monthly closing processes, especially around profitability analysis and reporting (CO-PA).

• Provide analytical support and technical expertise for RTR-related system processes and configurations.

• Handle ad hoc requests and troubleshooting from internal stakeholders with a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role within a shared services or multinational environment.

• Solid working knowledge of SAP (particularly in the RTR or FI/CO modules).

• Proficient in both Korean and English (written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance and control standards.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and time zones.
