Our client is a Japanese MNC and one of the automotive industry leaders. They are looking for a Retail Operation Manager to join them!

Job description:

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of retail outlets, covering dealer operations, service operations, inventory management, sales, customer service, and after-sales.
• Develop and implement long-term strategies, operational processes, policies, and procedures to ensure high efficiency.

Dealers' Sales & Profitability

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets for vehicle sales, parts, and services.
• Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimise business growth strategies.
• Ensure profitability through cost control, expense management, and maximising revenue opportunities.
• Manage the Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure efficient data flow, consistent customer experience, and improved dealer profitability.

Dealer Compliance

• Ensure dealer compliance with all legal, safety, and company standards relating to automotive retail and service.
• Prepare and present regular reports covering sales, operations, inventory, and financial performance.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs; implement corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive retail operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Solid financial acumen.
• In-depth understanding of automotive retail operations.
• Expertise with CRM and Inventory Management Systems.
