Retail Manager

One of the leading premium personal care brands are seeking for a Retail Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing retail operations for multiple outlets to maintain service quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing timely feedback to ensure continued talent development.
• Managing the P&L of all allocated stores to identify opportunities for growth and drive new strategies to improve profitability.
• Implementing training plans and conducting tthe induction for new joiners to align brand values and service standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years in retail, with strengths in operations/P&L/retail management (experience in luxury/skincare brands will be an added advantage).
• Strong sense of business acumen, people management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be an added advantage).
