Retail Manager

Join an international footwear retail brand as a Retail Manager, overseeing stores across Malaysia. You will be responsible to lead all stores in driving sales and implementing strategies for brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring performance of each store meets the sales and performance targets.
• Work closely with the management team to support and execute policies and procedures across all stores.
• Liaising with all stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, HR, store managers) with the latest updates for smooth store operations.

Skills & Experience Required:

• At least 5 years of retail experience in Malaysia, prior experience within the footwear industry would be an added advantage.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be advantageous).
