Research & Development Engineer (open to Fresh Graduates)

Our client is a rapidly expanding Electronics Manufacturing MNC. Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a Research & Development Engineer.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and improving products, spearheading new developments, and managing cost-down projects.
2. Timely preparation of PoP samples for HVC.
3. Assisting production in failure analysis and providing effective solutions.
4. Optimizing yield and ensuring product specifications pre-production.
5. Developing, debugging, and testing with a focus on end product validation.
6. Investigating material and process change releases, and conducting Life & Reliability testing.
7. Evaluating and implementing Ratio projects.
8. Enforcing 5S, Safety, and Environmental standards.
9. Additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Physics) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or related academic field.
• Advantageous to have knowledge of electro-mechanical components or Microsoft Office/Minitab.
• Fresh Graduates with the relvant Degree disciplines are welcome to apply.
