Overview

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to join one of Malaysia's leading financial institutions. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients by providing holistic financial planning, investment advisory, and tailored wealth solutions. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, client-focused, and fully licensed to market wealth products in Malaysia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of affluent/HNW clients, providing personalised financial reviews and long-term wealth planning.
  • Advise on a wide suite of wealth solutions, including unit trust, bancassurance, insurance, deposits, treasury products, and structured investments.
  • Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and market outreach to drive AUM and revenue growth.
  • Provide investment insights and market updates to help clients make informed decisions aligned with their goals and risk appetite.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical selling practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in wealth management, affluent banking, or relationship management.
  • Proven sales performance in wealth, investment, and insurance products.
  • Required certifications: PCE, CEILI, TBE, FIMM, IPPC.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Highly self-driven, results-oriented, able to work independently in a sales-targeted environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
