About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly expanding retail & lifestyle brand seeking for a Regional Senior Marketing Manager to join their growing team. They're seeking for someone who's analytical yet innovate, who's able to drive strategic initiatives to increase market influence, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own regional market performance across new, emerging, and mature markets, ensuring revenue and user growth through channel and product portfolio expansion.
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions and optimize portfolio growth for existing markets by conducting research, trade walks, and engaging local stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities via existing and emerging marketing channels and partnerships to capture untapped segments.
  • Analyze market gaps in demographics, trends, product offerings, and consumer behavior to craft targeted marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize regional marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and performance evaluation to improve ROI.
  • Manage multiple marketing divisions such as campaigns, partnerships, growth, loyalty, and retail marketing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with partners, operations, supply chain, brand, strategy, and country business units to ensure smooth launches of new markets and projects.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies (online and offline) to boost app downloads, purchases, engagement, and foot traffic to outlets.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and other platforms to attract and engage target audiences.

Requirements

  • Comes with 8 - 10 years of marketing experience across F&B, lifestyle, retail, or similar industries. Regional exposure to markets such as SEA will be an added advatange.
  • Strengths in analytics, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment with a keenness in innovation.
