Regional Senior Manager, CRM

Job description

An international retail brand is seeking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their expanding team to support the SEA market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
2. Analyse and evaluate existing CRM softwares and tools to identify areas for enhancement.
3. Devise campaigns through various channels to increase customer engagement.
4. Prepare customer mapping and data management to implement smooth customer journey.
5. Measure performance of campaigns and current initiatives to identify effectiveness.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar.
  • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in CRM management, customer loyalty marketing, or similar.
  • Has strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
