Regional Sales Manager - Logistics

Job description

Our client is a global logistics and freight forwarding company that is headquartered in Europe. They are known to provide efficient and reliable logistics solutions across air and sea to support global trade.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including key accounts and emerging sectors.
  • Manage activities including calls, sales presentations and meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
  • Strong understanding of air and sea freight operations.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
