Regional Product Marketing Manager

Job description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of HVAC solutions such as condensers, heat exchangers, fluid coolers and cooling towers. Due to regional expansion they are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to develop the regional product strategy and roadmap.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional product marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, competition landscape and technical feasibility.
  • Support product lifecycle management including launches, enhancements, phase‑outs, and transitions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, engineering, manufacturing, and especially sales/application throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with regulatory and compliance teams to meet local requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineer or any related Engineering related fields of study.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in a Product Marketing role within HVAC or industrial manufacturing.
  • End to end product management experience, ranging from product strategy development to development of long term roadmap.
  • Experience in pricing/cost analysis, value proposition development, payback analysis, and product positioning.
  • Well versed in pricing/cost analysis, value proposition development, payback analysis, and product positioning
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels of the organization.
