Regional Product Management Manager

An international specialty chemical compounds company is seeking for a Regional Product Management Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new product innovation and launches across ASEAN region.
• Develop product roadmaps and managing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct market research and collect market intelligence to identify opportunities for product growth.
• Collaborate with R&D team for product benchmarking and performance testing.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in a product management/commercial role (prior experience in chemicals or building materials industry will be an added advantage).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
