Regional Performance Marketing Manager

Job description

Our client is a local coffee chain who has been expanding rapidly in Malaysia, offering affordable drinks to the mass market. They are looking for a Regional Manager, Performance Marketing, to join their team as they plan to expand their operations regionally!

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise A/B tests and growth experiments.
  • Manage and improve the marketing funnel to increase conversions and retention.
  • Analyse campaign data, customer journeys, and acquisition performance.
  • Lead paid media strategies across social, search, display, and email channels.
  • Develop KPIs, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.
  • Balance short‑term digital sales with long‑term customer loyalty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign execution.
  • Manage agency and partner relationships for campaign delivery.
  • Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new strategies.

Requirements

  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and adaptability in fast‑changing environments.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and performance‑based campaigns.
  • Leadership skills in managing cross‑functional or external teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably within F&B or retail.
