About Our Client

Our client is a dynamic player in the F&B and retail space, committed to driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies. They are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives while balancing short-term sales with long-term brand development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth through data-driven experiments by planning and optimizing A/B tests to enhance marketing performance.
  • Lead paid media strategies across major digital channels-social, search, display, and email-to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer journeys to identify insights and implement improvements for better ROI.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and ROI metrics, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute high-impact campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and exploring innovative approaches.

Requirements

  • Comes with around 4 - 5 years of performance / digital marketing experience.
  • Familiar with campaign analysis, A/B testing, and managing marketing funnels.
  • Strong analysis skills and keen awareness of market trends.
  • Prior experience within F&B, retail, or similar will be advantageous.
