About Our Client

Our client is an innovative leader in the F&B industry, focused on driving category growth and launching new business units. They are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to spearhead strategic projects, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver strong commercial outcomes across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead category and new business unit growth, developing strategies to strengthen portfolio performance during early market entry stages.
  • Analyze product performance, consumer trends, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
  • Design and manage strategic projects that include marketing, creative campaigns, and product innovation to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams-marketing, operations, and brand innovation-to ensure successful execution and commercial impact.
  • Oversee project management and delivery, including planning, dashboards, and post-project reviews to extract insights and improve future initiatives.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Comes with at least 5 - 6 years of marketing experience across F&B, lifestyle, retail, or similar industries. Regional exposure to markets such as SEA will be an added advatange.
  • Experienced in business innovation, strategic project management, and new revenue stream generation.
  • Someone who is creative, analytical, and has a strong sense of business acumen.
