Regional CRM Specialist

Job description

My client is a global leader within the F&B retail industry, seeking for a CRM Specialist to join their growing team and support overseas markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of CRM strategies to allocated region(s).
  • Optimise systems and CRM peformance through frequent analysis of insights.
  • Conduct consistent testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and rollout.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align strategies to business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Diploma/Degree in Business Analytics or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of CRM experience or similar role. Experience within the F&B / retail industry will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working with overseas market(s) and/or holding regional roles will be advantageous.
  • Proven track record in CRM practices and systems (experience working with SQL/Python will be a bonus).
