Regional Consumer Insights Manager

Job description

Join a global leader in the FMCG industry as part of their commercial strategy team. You will be responsible for leading innovation through commercial analysis and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research on shopper and competitor trends.
  • Support business planning and innovation through strategic analysis of third-party data.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and innovation through leveraging research tools.
  • Coordinate with external research agencies to drive tests and customised data collection.
  • Create reports and dashboards to present findings to key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, or similar.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a consumer insights or data analytics role within FMCG or research agency.
  • Proven track record in insights and analysis (experience with Nielsen, Kantar, or relevant will be advantageous).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Has strong business acumen, analytical, and communication skills.
