Regional Business Development Manager - Data Centre Solutions

Our client is a leading manufacturer of cable and connectivity solutions that are used for industrial, commercial, infrastructure and data centre projects. They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to scale their growth in the SEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for expanding market presence for a data centre related cabling solutions.
• Develop and execute regional business development strategies to increase market share across data centre operators, design firms, M&E contractors, and key ecosystem partners.
• Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets.
• Work together with the sales team to develop strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and consultants.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, including proposals, presentations, and white papers.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in data centre infrastructure, cabling systems, electrical/ICT accessories, industrial connectivity, or related technology sectors.
• Proven track record in regional business development, key account management, or solution sales.
• Understanding of data centre environments-power distribution, structured cabling, cooling layouts, containment, racks, accessories, and monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
