Regional Assistant Manager, Fulfilment & Logistics

Job description

A Regional Assistant Manager, Supply Chain (Fulfilment & Logistics) role based in Shah Alam at a F&B company.
What You'll Do
  • Support end-to-end regional supply chain operations including procurement coordination, warehousing, logistics, and last‑mile delivery.
  • Ensure timely replenishment to stores/cafés and achieve OTIF (On‑Time‑In‑Full) delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels, expiries, perishable stock, and support demand forecasting accuracy.
  • Coordinate 3PL performance, freight planning, and improve logistics cost and service levels.
  • Manage Malaysia import/export processes and documentation.
  • Ensure food safety, cold-chain integrity, and compliance with HACCP/GDP standards.
  • Prepare operational reports/dashboards and support regional projects and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Planning, QA, Retail Ops, Finance, and regional teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Food Science, or related fields.
  • 5-7 years of supply chain experience, ideally in F&B, FMCG, or multi-country operations.
  • Strong knowledge in logistics, 3PL management, inventory control, and cold-chain operations.
  • Experience with Malaysia import/export workflows and OGA documentation.
  • Proficient in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Strong coordination, analytical capabilities, and ability to perform in a busy environment.
