Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued growth in our Malaysia office, we are looking for high potential sales and recruitment professionals to join our team. Key responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to become a trusted advisor and business partner
• Talent management, including sourcing and interviewing high calibre candidates, matching them with our clients' requirements
• Managing the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle from client development, role briefing and candidate search through to handling all offer management and negotiations
• Regular face to face meetings with clients and candidates to understand their needs and challenges, and to provide consultative advice and support throughout the recruitment process
• Working as part of a collaborative business that rewards both individual and team performance

You will be:

• Passionate, driven and determined, with a proven track record (at least 1-2 years) in a recruitment or sales-based role
• Pro-active and able to build strong, lasting relationships with professionals in a corporate environment, with an interest in building networks, reputation and social connections
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting each other to achieve individual, team and company objectives
• Well-presented and articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
