R&D Manager - Semiconductor

Our client, a global leader in the semiconductor industry, is looking to hire an experienced R&D Manager to drive innovation and support new product development in advanced packaging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D efforts to drive innovation, cost savings, and manufacturing readiness.
• Oversee design teams to ensure fast, cost-effective product and package development.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on new materials, processes, and technologies.
• Align technical strategy with business goals and advise management on key developments.
• Stay updated on industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Manage pilot line operations and lead continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong expertise in IC packaging, assembly, and testing.
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and business operations.
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills.
• Open to expat visa sponsorship.
