Quality Assurance Engineer (Semiconductor)

A global electronics manufacturer in Malacca is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team due to rapid expansion.


Responsibilities

• Spearhead all other operational activities to eliminate the bottlenecks that impede the integrity of QA output
• Support Product Engineers and Quality Managers with customer interfaces as necessary on quality related issues
• Assures data availability and integrity for all quality related data. Consolidates and reports quality results
• Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion
• Assists with development and implementation of quality audits

Profile

• Minimum degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Experienced in Semiconductor manufacturing process and quality control
• Knowledge in QC tools (8D, TQM , 7QC, etc.)
• Good communicator - verbally and written and able to present thoughts and findings on a complex, comprehensive manner to stakeholders
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Semiconductor/Electronics field is required for this position
