Quality Assurance Engineer (Semiconductor)

My client is a world-leading electronics manufacturer from the U.S. Due to increasing demand from their customers worldwide, they are looking to add a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Quality Assurance operational tasks, operations, and processes
• Attend to customer quality complaints in order to address issues faced by the customer and analyze the source of the issue
• Commuticate with internal stakeholders in order to systemically pinpoint and address issues that jeopardize the integrity of the QA output
• Reduce the amount of customer QA issues
• Streamline the QA processes of the company by instilling a culture of continuous improvement

Profile

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience within Quality Assurance from a semiconductor company
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equavalent
• Firm understanding of QA problem solving tools (8D reporting, SPC, VDA, etc.)
• VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification would be an added benefit
• The ability to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders would be an advantage
