PTP Senior Manager

Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently expanding and is looking a well-seasoned Senior Manager for Account Payable Funtion to be groomed and developed to higher position.


Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all activities in the accounts payable function, including invoices, travel & expenses, and payments.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and travel & expense claims in compliance with KPIs, service levels, company policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Monitor the status of pending invoices and travel & expense claims closely.
  • Review and ensure company policies and procedures are effective, efficient, and adhered to in the accounts payable function.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization and internal control to enhance customer service quality.
  • Manage the monthly reporting process effectively and share outputs with stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts in End Markets and PTP stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Brings along 15 years of relevant AP experience, with a minimum of 8 year in a leaderhsip position.
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance & Accounting/Commerce.
  • Experience in a shared services environment is advantageous but the right business acument to related to the entire finance flow.
  • Regional/Global exposure supporting other countries is beneficial.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
