About the Role:
Lead and deliver finance-related projects within a shared services environment, including transformation initiatives, system implementations, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience, preferably in shared services.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in finance transformation or system implementation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
