Program Manager

Our client is a well-established global company in the manufacturing sector, currently seeking a Program Manager to support key site and operational initiatives. This role plays a vital part in driving transformation and supporting future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of various site and project initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams on strategic setup and operational transition efforts.
• Track progress, identify risks, and support solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Contribute to infrastructure and space planning strategies.
• Support sustainability and efficiency improvements across operations.
• Manage budgets, vendor coordination, and relevant project documentation.
• Drive continuous enhancements to ensure smooth and cost-effective implementation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Around 5-7 years of experience in project or facility-related roles.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Independent, detail-focused, and experienced in managing complex projects.
