Job description

Established as a big players for over many decades in it's respective industry, our client is expanding their Supply Chain & Procurement Shared Services functions. You will be spearheading the Production Planning initiatives of the organization as a sole contributor with an opportunity to supervise 1-2 headcounts as part of your career progression.

Job Description:

As a Production Planning Expert, you must have:

  • Strong production planning expertise within short and long term projects to fulfil market demands against factory capacity and constraints
  • Eloquent understanding of current and future capacity plans and constraints at the manufacturing plant and distibution networks
  • Ability to coordinate and work closely with internal stakeholders regionally/globally to ensure master production plans are in line with parameteres and contracts
  • Accuracy in master data correctness and proper housekeeping of transactional data
  • A continuous and process improvement mindset with values to best enhance performance, effiiciency and planning activities.

The Right Candidate will possess:

  • Flexibility and adaptability within a fast-moving environment
  • A minimum of 3 years hands-on work experience in Production Planning - preferably in FMCG, Engineering, Supply Chain disciplines
  • Process improvement project experience is an added bonus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to problem solve and structure issues.
