Production Manager

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join a leading cleanroom structures and equipment manufacturing company, based in Negeri Sembilan (closer to Klang valley side). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the cleanroom or HVAC industry, demonstrating expertise in managing production processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the highest quality standards. This role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively lead a production team to meet production targets while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.
    • Oversee the day-to-day production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate the production team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  3. Cleanroom Manufacturing Expertise:

    • Apply in-depth knowledge of cleanroom design and construction principles.
    • Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and industry regulations.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality cleanroom structures.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any quality issues.
  5. Process Optimization:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
    • Implement best practices to streamline production workflows and reduce production costs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a production management role within the cleanroom or HVAC industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical processes in cleanroom manufacturing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
