Production Line Supervisor

Our client is an Electronics MNC in the greater Johor Bahru area. They are currently looking to hire a Production Supervisor as part of their expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations
• Lead and guide a diverse production team, including both local and foreign worker
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and resolve issues
• Support and coordinate project transfer activities when required
• Ensure compliance with RBA processes, ISO, and IATF standards
• Be flexible and available to work beyond normal hours as needed

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production operations and team management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a multicultural workforce
• Hands-on experience in production floor operations is essential
• Knowledge of project transfers and quality management systems (ISO, IATF, RBA) is a plus
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other language proficiencies are an added advantage
