Product Owner (Mobile/App)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the digital product throughout its lifecycle.
• To plan, lead, guide and execute the digital leads platform and channels implementation.
• Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements.
• Take ownership of new fintech initiatives across multiple teams to create impacts in local context.
• Prepare and execute UAT testing for new features of products.
• Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Degree in Computer Science/IT/Software or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development environment in buildng web and/or mobile applications.
• Demonstrated track record and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
