Product Manager

Job description

Our client, a prominent global player in the pharmaceuticals industry, is on the lookout for a Product Manager to bolster their product portfolio and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products, while also supporting new product launches.

  • Develop various marketing materials such as detailing aids, brand reminders, educational tools for patients, and digital communications.

  • Meet sales targets for assigned products.

  • Evaluate sales, market data, and customer feedback to enhance product performance.

  • Work closely with teams in sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and headquarters marketing to align on strategy and execution.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

  • Provide sales support through product training and CME presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Degree in Marketing/Science.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a proven track record in brand management.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia are a plus.
