Product Manager

Our client is a global name in the healthcare industry, producing pharmaceutical products and medical devices. They are looking for a Product Manager to join their team, where you will be responsible for conceptualizing marketing strategies of the assigned products and conducting regular product training and education.



Key Responsibilities:

• Strategizing and implementing strategies for planning and marketing of the assigned products.
• Forecasting and achieving financial and operation plans for the assigned products.
• Conducting product training and education with healthcare professionals and KOL's.
• Monitoring results of the executed campaigns and managing the life cycle and inventory of products under the assigned portfolio.
• Working closely with the sales team on product education and sell-through.
• Setting pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Degree in Science, Nutrition, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of field experience in pharmaceutical sales and 2 years of ethical product management experience.
• Familiar with government hospital selling and dealing with doctors and surgeons.
• Experiene in managing mature products is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
