Product Development Senior Manager

Job Scope

• Manages regional Point of Sales Tinting (POST) database delivery schedule (Flight Plan) for timely delivery.
• Assesses pigments and tinters at factory and point of sales to optimize material selection.
• Implements Color management procedures and contributes to reforms in Decorative color management, Colorant management, Colour offer expansion, shade standard maintenance, and CaRMA, Mixman III management.
• Oversees countries' color recipes offers and ensures consistent delivery at POST.
• Creates cost-effective color offers for new and renovated products.
• Assesses acceptance of new dispensing machines in the Regional market after global approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Chemistry or related field required.
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience, including practical involvement in the paint market, managing POST recipe databases, and implementing POST strategies.
• At least 4 years of experience with tinting machine technology.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in paint, colorants, and coatings development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel is essential.
