Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end‑to‑end delivery of HR & GS digital systems across global and local projects.

  • Work closely with business and global/local teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure successful solution adoption.

  • Standardize HR & GS systems, enhance workflows, and continuously improve IT & Data processes across regions.

  • Provide Level 1 support and strengthen communication between global and local units.

Key Requirements

  • Proven background implementing HRIS, payroll, engagement, benefits, and compliance systems across multiple locations.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, IT architecture concepts, and translating business needs into IT solutions.

  • Skilled in managing stakeholders in multinational environments, with 3+ years of IT project management (Agile/Waterfall preferred).

  • Able to navigate change, collaborate cross‑functionally, and communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
