Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support end‑to‑end delivery of HR & GS digital systems across global and local projects.
Work closely with business and global/local teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure successful solution adoption.
Standardize HR & GS systems, enhance workflows, and continuously improve IT & Data processes across regions.
Provide Level 1 support and strengthen communication between global and local units.
Key Requirements
Proven background implementing HRIS, payroll, engagement, benefits, and compliance systems across multiple locations.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, IT architecture concepts, and translating business needs into IT solutions.
Skilled in managing stakeholders in multinational environments, with 3+ years of IT project management (Agile/Waterfall preferred).
Able to navigate change, collaborate cross‑functionally, and communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
