A well-established multinational organisation is currently seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to join its procurement function. This is a key role for an experienced procurement professional who is looking to contribute at both strategic and operational levels within a dynamic and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities in line with organisational strategies, governance, and policies
• Support the development and implementation of category and sourcing strategies
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to maximise cost efficiency and business value
• Monitor category plans, budgets, and key performance indicators
• Manage procurement-related risks, including pricing volatility, supplier reliability, and continuity of supply
• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure performance, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support end-to-end procurement activities
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable procurement practices
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience (or equivalent practical exposure)
• Prior experience in a multinational organisation is strongly preferred
• Exposure to procurement platforms or systems will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset
