Procurement Operation Specialist

Main Responsibility:

• Assist Procurement Operation Manager to optimize Procurement operations
• Ensure to provide services as helpdesk and system operator of 3rd party management system and other procurement related system to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Manage Procurement related company risk exposures and enhance non-financial risk controls and capabilities
• Ensure that relevant risks have appropriately identified, assessed, managed, and reported in line with the policies and procedures
• Ensure execution of sustainability policy and corporate social responsibility programs while dealing with third party management and supplier diversity principals (where applicable)

Requirements:

• Experience using procurement/supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision
• Excellent language skills to include English and applicable local language (Chinese and/or Korean and/or Vietnamese language skills will be considered an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment, able to work in diverse environments and adhere to highest ethical standards
