Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and innovative sourcing solutions that enhance the procurement cycle.
2. Procurement Strategies: Develop and implement a targeted purchasing action plan for local categories, aiming to secure a sustainable competitive edge in the market.
3. Supplier Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on supplier performance to ensure compliance with contracts and swiftly address any operational issues that arise.
4. Proactive Engagement: Use your expertise to advise and persuade both internal stakeholders and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
5. Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in the procurement process by acting as a bridge between suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring business continuity and adherence to corporate policies.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the FMCG sector - Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management.
3. Technical Skills: Experience with SAP or similar tools is highly valued.
4. Contract & Supplier Management: Proven negotiation skills, knowledge of demand markets and Procurement practices.
5. Leadership & Communication: At least 3 years experience in a leadership role.
