About our Client

Our Client is a Multi-National Company within its respective industries. Being a publicly listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources to train and develop their people from the ground with an excellent pathway for career progression. They are currently looking for Multiple positions across Senior or Junior - Procurement / Purchasing / Sourcing Analyst Position

Responsibilities

• Strong knewledge of procurement / sourcing trends and dynamics
• Strategize and negotiate actively with suppliers and scout for better suppliers
• Evaluate sourcing levers for all projects - supply market leverage, supply base restructuring, value added relationships, design/specification optimisation, total cost management, process effectiveness & compliance
• Perform supplier/vendor selection in partnership with the relevant Business Department
• Research and utilise market knowledge and data to analyse and identify cost savings opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Procurement policies
• Participate in continuous improvement process and projects
• Provide contract review/management supports
• Engage and build positive relationship with key stakeholders
• Be the key person in advising the defined area of spend, including category and market, knowing the right avenue to source, which policies is applicable and the compliance requirement as well as external sources that can be contacted to achieve business goals.
• Analytic support through Spend/Process Analysis

Requirements

• At least 2 years of procurement experience, advantageous with exposure to Sourcing, Documentation, purchasing or Contract Management
• Strong knowledge of procurement practices, with the ability to analyse complex data and develop sourcing opportunities
• Degree holder will be advantageous
• A great team player with the determination to push things further
