Join a global Group Finance function within a multinational organisation, delivering high-impact MI, performance analysis, forecasting, planning and remuneration reporting for senior leadership, including the Group Executive Committee (GEC).

This role works closely with Hong Kong and regional stakeholders, offering strong exposure to group-level decision-making in a fast-paced MNC environment.

What you'll do

• Deliver group-level MI, actuals, forecasting, planning and remuneration reporting

• Own and enhance Excel-based deliverables, controls and reporting processes

• Drive efficiency, automation and quality improvements across Group Finance

• Partner closely with the Hong Kong team on urgent and ad-hoc requests

• Coordinate with regional businesses and Group stakeholders to meet tight timelines

• Manage a small team, balancing BAU and high-priority deliverables

What we're looking for

• Strong Excel expertise; VBA / Power Apps a plus

• 8+ years' experience in Group Finance, performance management or reporting

• Experience managing or mentoring a small team

• Comfortable working under pressure in a global / MNC environment

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred
