Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for Process Improvement Lead

  • Continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change within the company processes
  • Prepare proposal to harmonise / standardise processes
  • To Identify process inefficiency and non-standardise process
  • To lead and work with operation team and other department within the company on process improvement projects.
  • To lead / assist in any time / cost saving plans
  • Lead / Assist on Continuous Improvement (CI) project and plans
  • To liaise and engage with other relevant parties when any Continuous Improvement (CI) process has been identified and require to be implemented

Main Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with prior experience in any process improvement / cost related plans
  • Process Automation or Project Standardisation process or Continuous Improvement experience is REQUIRED
  • Someone who is innovative with critical thinking
  • Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills with the initiative to voice out opinion
