Priority Relationship Manager

Overview

We are looking for experienced and passionate wealth management professionals to serve our Retail High Net Worth clientele. This role requires strong sales capability, solid understanding of wealth products, and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver a high standard of advisory service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with clients, deepening engagement and broadening product penetration with a strong focus on wealth solutions.
• Promote and advise on investment products, while cross‑selling a wide range of consumer banking offerings such as mortgages and credit cards.
• Expand your client portfolio through customer referrals and by delivering tailored advisory services independently or in partnership with Investment Consultants.
• Drive acquisition and growth of Priority Banking customers in line with segment business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Investment Consultants to deliver proactive, personalized financial solutions for affluent customers.
• Support Centre Manager in building market presence and achieving both individual and overall business targets.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in fields such as Banking, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Studies.
• Required regulatory licenses: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM. (IPPC is an added advantage.)
• Strong motivation to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in wealth products including Unit Trusts, Bancassurance, Structured Products, and Dual Currency Investments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
