Role Overview

The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of affluent clients by offering tailored financial solutions, delivering high-quality advisory, and ensuring an exceptional Premier banking experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Premier clients through proactive engagement and regular portfolio reviews.
  • Provide personalized banking, investment, and insurance recommendations based on client needs and risk appetite.
  • Achieve sales targets across wealth, insurance, and banking products while maintaining strong portfolio growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals and new-to-bank acquisitions.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal suitability requirements in all advisory activities.
  • Work with product specialists and branch teams to support seamless service delivery and product fulfillment.
  • Resolve service issues promptly and guide clients in adopting digital banking platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in wealth management, affluent banking, or relationship management.
  • Regulatory certifications (e.g., PCE/CEILI, investment licenses).
  • Strong relationship-building, advisory, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of wealth solutions, investments, and risk considerations.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and financial planning platforms.
