Our client is a market-leader in providing the best solution for network, security and cloud operations for more than 21 years. They have expanded across the world with more than 13000 employees across 26 countries and is looking to grow their team in Malaysia.
Reporting to the Sr Technical Director, this role requires you to provide pre-sales consulting, hands-on assistance to clients/partners and solution advisory directly. You will be working as a business partner to the sales team and will be given revenue targets to work on as a team. In this role, you will also be working and collaborating together with your partners and sales team in building relationships and to hunt on additional opportunities to generate revenue and also to be able to support with high-touch pre-sales technical activity. Besides that, you will also provide technical leadership in requirements, solution and proposals of the opportunity sales cycle. Last but not lease, you will be creating secuity assessment reports for end users and perfrom technical account management
To Qualify An Individual Must Possess
- A Bachelor's/Masters degree in Information Technology or Computer Science/ Engineering or relevant studies
- More than 8 years' experience working in technical sales or presales in IT security/Cloud/Networking
- Strong knowledge in DDI, DNS, SD-WAN, network security and threat intelligence solutions
- Good understanding of TCP/IP stack and networking principles
- Comfortable in rolling up your sleeves and able to adapt to start-up environment
- Good verbal and written skills in English
