You will be part of a regional role and will be working closely to provide services to high net worth clients.


Ensure prompt preparation & delivery of premium notice to clients

Ensure prompt preparation & delivery of policy annual review package to clients

Ensure post annual review meetings/status are updated in the system

Obtain & update quarterly & annual cash values in the system

Prepare specific client's presentation and policy comparison for client's meeting

Communicate with several parties eg. clients, bankers and insurers to ensure effective transfer of required data/documents


Degree holder in any discipline

Proficiency in English & Chinese & Cantonese (need to deal with Switzerland/Dubai/HK/SG counterparts)

Ability to multi-task and work under extreme deadlines

Good interpersonal skill

Highly organized and proactive in following up cases and also daily work

Preferable to have customer service experience and good in Microsoft Office Tools
