PMO (FS)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the regional PMO, providing strategic direction and oversight for all project management activities.
• Oversee the consolidation of various technology products from multiple local business units into a centralized regional office.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions, minimize resistance, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Establish and enforce project governance standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Engage with key stakeholders across different business units to ensure alignment and support for the consolidation efforts.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role within the insurance, banking, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale technology consolidation projects and experience with digital transformation and technology integration projects.
• Relevant certifications e.g., PMP, PgMP, Prosci is a plus.
• Exceptional communication in English & Malay and stakeholder management abilities.
