PMO

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the successful achievement of goals within the portfolio/program, following established plans.
• Assist in coordinating information and updates for planning cycles and reporting requirements.
• Develop and manage tools for visualizing progress and facilitating decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data for reporting key parameters and outcomes.
• Oversee compliance with governance standards and provide guidance across different areas.
• Coordinate changes related to investment planning, scope, and feature implementation.
• Maintain alignment between project pipeline and financial considerations.
• Apply lessons learned to improve implementation processes.
• Monitor and manage financial aspects, ensuring adherence to controls and targets.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively.
• Track and report on commercialization progress for the portfolio/program.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis aligned with strategic objectives.
• Mitigate risks and address issues as they arise, involving the relevant team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support change initiatives and provide expertise as needed.
• Ensure adherence to relevant standards and frameworks.
• Lead and guide the PMO Analysts to meet program expectations.

Requirements:

• Possess significant experience in a similar role within relevant industries.
• Familiarity with best practices in project, program, and portfolio management.
• Proficiency in commonly used software and collaboration tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies for project coordination.
• Strong organizational and technical skills.
• Knowledge of specific software and tools commonly used in the industry.
• Deep understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
• Relevant certifications in project management or related areas.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Certification in Agile methodologies.
